Michaela made the move-in process to my storage unit absolutely seamless. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions and provide assistance whenever I needed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and attentive. She truly made the entire experience stress free. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me great peace of mind. The 24-hour access is also extremely convenient and makes it easy to get to my unit whenever I need. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Michaela for her outstanding customer service!

Abby was fantastic today. She was able to price match us for a unit just the right size and walk us through the whole process. The location itself was really clean and the staff there on site was friendly and helpful as well.

Wow! Is all I can say about the customer service from Chase, the manager. I felt heard and understood. Very knowledgeable when asked questions and quick and prompt with addressing any and all concerns I had. Will come back in the future for my storage needs because of the ease of service.
