Tracy was so helpful when I needed a new location to drop off my uhaul truck. She called uhaul and set up th transfer. And while waiting for my rental car to pick me up she invited me inside and offered me a refreshment. Top notch service. Recommended.

I have had nothing but the best customer service here. Carmen helped me move over to a new unit. The process was so easy. I've been renting units for the past 10 years at other locations, and it's never been this easy. Carmen is truly an asset to this company. Imagine being able to have an issue solved at 7 PM when most businesses are closed and having someone with a smile you could hear through the phone take care of all your concerns. 10 stars if I could give them.
