Update February 2026: So far, I'm happy I signed up here - t"was totally hassle-free. The facility appears top-notch: clean, climate controlled, and secure as can be.

Convenient close to home. Few drive up spots. Got a decent unit accessible from outer doorway. Need a cart to transport items several aisles from the car. Free cart use during office hours. Helpful staff managing the desk and contracts. Limited openings in June shows successful business established not many years ago. Limited parking spots. Safe gate access.

A new, secure, beautiful storage facility. But customer service is terrible. We were promised the second month free. But we were billed for it. When we talked to the manager, she was disrespectful, even snotty. She would not take responsibility for the promise her employee made. We've moved our stuff out of the storage unit. *UPDATE*: The owners of the facility refunded our money and replaced the manager. Hence the much higher rating. Thank you, Milwaukee Self Storage.
