I recently rented a 10 x 20 and after moving everything realized the unit was too small and needed a 20 x 20 so they worked with me to get a 20 x 20 close to the one I already moved into, the only problem was the 20 x 20 that they were gonna put me in wasn’t ready and needed to be cleaned. So, the girl in the office (I can’t remember her name) is wonderful. She was very accommodating and very professional and got the unit cleaned within an hour so I can move the rest of my things into a 20 x 20 and everything out of the 10 x 20 to put into the 20 x 20. She really went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making this move as easy as can be!

Big shout out to Gloria. Top-notch customer service. I could not find my storage keys, and she was able to help me get in my storage. I appreciate you! Been here for 2 years now and every time I call, she always makes sure to help me out with anything I need.
