Mini Storage Depot

Seeing all these reviews, its clear Monroe is a superstar! My experience with him was just as wonderful as everyone else has had! He accidentally quoted me for a different property, but immediately called me back to correct the error! He didnt have to do that, and a lot wouldnt want to admit the error. He is skilled in customer service and I look forward to doing business with your company.

Sue was amazing! I called while at work and she set everything up over the phone. That is what I call true customer service! Thank you so much Sue for all of your assistance. This is the best place hands down.

Edit: LaVergne Mini Storage is now calling me a liar and denying a pattern of breakins despite the cops also stating they are called out regularly to this facility. Monroe is the one who blatantly called me a liar despite him telling me he lost his stuff in a hurricane. This morning he is claiming that he only stated they had water damage at the units. Absolutely ridiculous. Now they just put me on hold and don't pick back up. Don't even know why they bothered to tell me to call. Also, the LaVergne FOIA is currently not able to access their systems, but I promise I will be getting ahold of them to have a list of all calls sent to their facility during my time of being a tenant there. Once again, avoid at all costs. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this storage facility. The lack of communication is appalling, you will only hear from them when they intend to raise their rates yet again. What they do not care to communicate is when their gate has been down on multiple occasions over the last few years and when they are having continuous issues with breakins. Security cameras are located minimally outside the building with ABSOLUTELY ZERO cameras inside the facility (You know, where most of the actual theft happens?). Insurance also only covers up to $2,000 worth of property and they want no liability. Funny, right? Save your sanity and find somewhere else. Would never recommend to anyone. Can't get my stuff out any faster after finding my unit having been broken into upon my arrival yesterday evening. Military gear, electronics, and various other items just gone. This could have potentially been prevented had notice been given to tenants; however, Mini Storage Depot has made it clear that they do not care. Be weary.
