US Storage Centers

I just had an amazing experience here at US Storage Centers in LaVergne! Due to previous experience i had a few months ago, my intention today was to cancel and find a new storage location. (New management) Calvin was friendly, courteous and most of all took the time to listen and meet the needs of my request! Awesome experience and Im glad I decided to stay with US Storage!!

Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable and so thorough. She took the time to answer every single one of my questions and explained everything in a way that gave me total peace of mind—especially regarding potential rate increases. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Amanda!

The communication was good and the cleanliness was by far the best i ever experienced Unfortunately, my departure was only due to the new payment increase. Thank you for your service today Calvin. He's had me laughing with his jokes! 😂 Great sense of humor!
