Mini U Storage

Management will harass you and follow you to your unit every time you come. My unit was pasted due, called me twice a day for 3 months. Then I call to complain they hang up. Won't answer to fix the issues. Maybe don't harass your customers. Lawsuit will be following shortly. Was told the manager doesn't think its going to work out me renting. As I put a complaint in on her and left a bad review. I have every right to leave a bad review. You don't have a right to harass me anytime im at my unit, nor do I have to deal with it.

Debbie was fantastic and very helpful. My experience was smooth and there were no issues. I was able to reserve a storage unit online and they were running a special where I received 2 months for free. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Mini U Storage to all of my family and friends.

Debbie is the best! She’s been nothing but great, super helpful, friendly, and professional. Mini U Storage is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!
