Rick, the manager at this storage facility, consistently goes above and beyond. Every time I’m there he’s friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Most recently he assisted me with the rental truck process and even provided a ladder so I could safely load my unit — small things that made a big difference. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping customers. Great customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated. Highly recommend this location — and Rick in particular — for anyone looking for a well-run, supportive storage experience.

I've been renting storage units here since 2005. I love this place. It is very convenient, the price is right, and the staff has always been very helpful. Today I stopped by my storage unit. I had an issue with my truck and was in a serious jamb. Rick bailed me out. He is such as great person. Selfless. He helped me on his own time. he took me to an auto parts store down the street. Easy fix. I appreciate him SO MUCH!

Such a great place! Rick made everything so easy and answered all of my questions. The location is perfect and the price was the best around. Customer service goes a long way and Rick excels at that. Highly recommended!
