Mini U Storage

First time here and the service was great from the start. The front desk lady was great (the wife), we talked and talked about everything,which made the the process quickly. She spoke very clearly and was understanding of me being mentally all over the place with this move.

Christina did an excellent job at Mini U Storage. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. Great customer service. Thank you, Christina!

I've been with this facility for about a year and half and the service has been decent. But since Tammy & Ron moved in recently the customer service has improved 10 fold as well as the grounds itself has begun a transformation. The office is staffed every minute of the operating hours and facility maintenance and improvements have been being conducted daily. What was a mediocre facility I would now consider top of the line with the level of customer service that Tammy and Ron provide.
