Nichole at Small Town Storage in Vacaville is hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She didn’t just process paperwork—she took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with my choice. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her positive attitude. She’s organized, efficient, and incredibly patient. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly pleasant—something you don’t always expect when dealing with storage logistics. Small Town Storage is lucky to have Nichole. If you’re in Vacaville and need storage, ask for her. She sets the standard for what excellent customer service should look like.

My interaction with Madison was great. She was kind and helpful. Moved in about 5 months ago. First 3 months were a promotional rate. Then I had one month of full rate $219.00 or $209.00. Can’t remember and that rate didn’t bother me. However I then got a notice that the rate was increasing to $368.00 a month. Unfortunately Madison was unable to honor the rate that was quoted and cited availability issues. Due to this experience I could not rate this company or their services higher. I would recommend finding a more reputable storage facility unless you want to move your stuff. These guys likely missed out on several years of storage from me.

Small Town Storage has been great! We are moving out of state and I needed somewhere to put packed boxes. The staff were all helpful and kind to my 2 year old. I love the hours, price, and month to month agreement.
