I love this Storage company they are very amazing. Lori and Steve have really great customer service. They have great communication skills and are always nice and smiling. They always keep you updated and helpful. I appreciate them. From getting set up, getting a unit, showing me my unit, to curtsey calls keeping me updated about payments and changes. This facility has excellent customer service and focus. Lori Janacki, the Property Manager, was so easy o work with and made us feel valued as a customer.
