Very well run business. Carol and Denise are wonderful and professional. I needed to have 2 storage pods delivered so that the my stuff can be moved into my storage unit. Carol was extremely helpful in accommodating my need and scheduling a couple days where I could have the pods left on property. Denise always asks if I need anything when she sees me at my unit. One time I forgot to lock up my unit. Carol called me soon after when she noticed it during her patrol. It was highly appreciated! Can't recommend this place enough. Bonus -- If you get tired from moving stuff around, Chainline Brewery has a beer garden very closeby to make you feel better.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I really had to share my experience with Moss Bay Storage. Before moving to this storage, my husband and I (we run a general contracting business) used several other storage facilities, and I can confidently say this one has been the best. The staff is always on site, friendly, and ready to help whenever needed. The facility is clean and well maintained. Mechanical issues, like gate access, were very rare — and on the few occasions something came up, it was fixed quickly. What I appreciated the most was the clear and transparent billing policy. No hidden fees, no surprises. I previously had a very bad experience with another storage facility in Redmond that had a shady billing policy and tried to overcharge me even though I followed all the move-out procedures and left the unit clean and in perfect condition. With Moss Bay Storage, everything was easy and straightforward. I notified them within the required timeframe that we were vacating, removed our belongings, cleaned the unit, and that was it. No overcharges, no arguments, no stress — just a confirmation that everything was settled and that I didn’t owe a single cent. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and I’m very grateful for such a smooth and honest experience. I would highly recommend Moss Bay Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage facility.
