James at Public Storage was amazing. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He was super helpful and professional, and he made the whole process easy. James genuinely cared about finding the best solution rather than just rushing through the process. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that level of effort, and he truly went the extra mile. Because of him, what could have been a stressful experience was actually smooth and easy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for James, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Public Storage. Why increase the monthly fee after a year, only to offer the original pricing when booking another storage unit?

We had some significant issues with billing. Their billing documents had amounts that did not align with the amounts we were told we would pay. They could not explain it at the customer service and their manager never called me back. I never received a clean invoice without all the adjustments I requested. When we looked at the unit we had, there was mold. The manager was very helpful cleaning the unit. He was polite, and knowledgeable. The local manager has gone out of his way to help us with the problems with billing. I enjoyed working with him. Note, that the person renting the unit has to be there to pick up the key. Always arrange to meet with the manager a head of time. You will appreciate the help he provides without question.

I had a late move in yesterday John Michael made sure my unit was secure we had some trouble with the original unit so he made sure I got a new one And made sure we had time to unload because we were pushed behind schedule because of the inconvenience. He also went above and beyond to make sure our move-in was very smooth besides the one hiccup.
