Move It Self Storage

Came to move it looking for a storage, I didn’t know where to start this being my very first time renting one. Rubén was super helpful and guided me to rent the right one for me. I will definitely recommend this place because of the service and attention I received.

This place was great when it was Storage Depot, once it changed to Move It Storage everything changed. Customer service went out the door right away, phone wait times are extremely long, and all the customer service representatives that have answered my call were rude. The young man who was inside the office seemed to have no customer service training at all, he had the door closed for about 15 minutes and I was knocking until he finally opened the door. I used to have two units with them, but I'm glad I canceled them today, I wish I had canceled them sooner though, since I had been with Storage Depot for years I was hopeful they would address the problems, but nothing yet and frankly would never go back to this storage ever, and would discourage anyone from paying for units at this place, there's way better ones with actual customer friendly employees.
