You helped assure us and when we arrived, we could unload and store our cherished belongings safely and securely until our new house closed. Great service and pricing.

Robin is so polite to speak with and very knowledgeable. Only needed storage for a couple of months while a shed was being built. But if I ever need storage again I will certainly return to these nice professional folks. They were very fair on prices. And I never worried about the security of my belongings.

Really like the staff. Karin is very friendly and helpful. I agree with the poster who doesn't like the raised rates. The cost of living is high enough. Would still recommend the facility. Update: I want to thank Mount Vernon Storage for responding so quickly to my review. I appreciate the kindness and concern. Wonderful company and staff.
