I stored here a few years ago and I was blown away by how much work the new owners have put into the property! I was skeptical about renting here, but when I saw all of the improvements with the maintenance and upkeep it was a no brainer! Annie was wonderful and showed me the smart units they offer that give 24/7 motion alerts PLUS they offer a lifetime guarantee on all of their locks 🔒. It feels good knowing I have an added layer of security. The pricing was transparent, the move in took less than 5 minutes, and I got a really great promotion. Highly recommend storing with these folks!

This is the cheapest storage facility I could find in town but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. My family and I were in a situation where we needed to get out of where we were living fast but couldn't bring all of our stuff at the time so we decided to store our things here. We've had this unit for about 10 months now and we finally got to a place where we could start bringing our stuff home and when we went to our unit we were disgusted by what we found. Rat poop everywhere and on everything thing. We were able to salvage some but lost a ton of things. The facility made us pay for insurance on the unit. $10 a month for the insurance only to find out that the insurance doesn't cover rodent infestation. Apparently is states in the rental agreement that rodent and pest control is up to the renter but they sure did not make that known during the rental process. Had I known about the rat problem in advance I definitely would have prepared for that. Don't waste your money here and if you do be prepared to treat your unit for rodents.
