My Self Storage Space

**Update** The office did call me and sincerely apologize for what happened and asked how they could make it right. They processed a refund for the last month of rent, which I greatly appreciated. They also said they would be contacting other units in the same building as mine to have everyone check their items to make sure they hadn’t been affected, which I appreciate the most because it shows their honesty. Been renting here since the summer. Recently went to check on my unit and the entire unit along with all my items are covered in mouse poop and it smells terrible. I called to inform them and cancel the service and didn’t even get an apology, just an agreement to end the service. I pay $180/month to store my stuff in obviously poorly secured units. It’s a bummer.

Tamra was awesome. If it wasn’t for her I would have rented somewhere else. The place is very well maintained. Clean, no trash. But after 2 years I received a notice that my end unit had a sinkhole starting underneath it and I needed to vacate. She found me another space that would fit my stuff and wasn’t too far so the move wouldn’t be bad. If I hadn’t moved out of the area I would still be renting my unit.
