UNITS Moving & Portable Storage of Ventura County

UNITs just completed a 2,000 mile move for us from Missouri to the Los Angeles area. Wonderful service all around, from the scheduling, the delivery personnel and the communications staff. We used two 16 foot containers. The UNITs were clean, watertight and safe. All items arrived in perfect condition and no breakage. Good recommendations at both ends for hiring local crews for container packing and unpacking. Would not hesitate to to recommend and use UNITs again in any future move

They were incredibly helpful, even accommodating me fairly last minute, in providing storage while my house was tented for termite treatment. If you have to get tented, it's a game-changer to have a place for storage and not relying on bagging things. They were a pleasure to deal with, incredibly communicative and all-around fantastic service. If I need temporary or longer-term storage in the future, will definitely use t hem again.

We were in the process of redoing our garage so we needed a container to store everything for about a month. I called and spoke directly with Tom. He was absolutely fantastic on the phone. He is a small business, local owner and emphasized their level of service. After speaking with him, I did not even call or check with any other companies. As promised, the container arrived at my home and the delivery driver positioned it on my driveway as I requested. It was a very nice clean container with easy accessibility. When we were finished, I spoke with Dana who arranged the pick up time. Once again, the delivery person came and picked it up. The container was loaded on the truck and away it went. It was an easy stress-free experience. And I believe the price that we paid was extremely reasonable. Overall, I am completely satisfied. Thank you Tom and Dana.
