My Storage Central Ohio - Mansfield

I had to leave my last apartment in a hurry due to circumstances beyond my control. I was only able to grab the things I viewed as most important to me. My clothes, a few sentimental items, and 5 of my deceased cats ashes. I lost everything else i had collected over 43 years of life. I trusted that this company would handle things in a professional manner. Wow, was i wrong. First, I was never able to go to the unit due to the hours youre able to enter because I work a ton of crazy hours. We got behind on payments and they threatened to auction the unit. I understand this is par for the course, and not the reason I am upset. We made the payment on Wednesday, November 26th to make our bill current so I could go get my stuff out of the unit. This was on Thanksgiving weekend, so that gave me Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to get my stuff out before it was past due again. I made arrangements with work to go in late on Friday and found a person to give me a ride that had a vehicle large enough to gather my belongings. Imagine my surprise when I got to the unit and they had put their own lock on it. I went to the office. The sign said they were open. Door locked. Called the number and didn't get a response. I called multiple times over the weekend and could not reach anyone. Then as of the first the payment was due again. As we had just caught it up to get my stuff out we could not afford to make another payment, nor should we have had to, because I didnt want to keep the unit any longer. They sent numerous threatening emails, but each time we would call, mysteriously we would get no answer. My unit was auctioned off yesterday and I have now lost all of the items that matter to me, none of which hold any monetary value, but nonetheless are priceless to me. This company intentionally makes it impossible to contact anyone so you have 2 choices. Continue to pay them, or let them sell your unit. Either way they make money. They dont care about you one bit. I would avoid using them at all costs. I would do literally anything to have my cats ashes back. I hope the owners sleep well at night knowing they made me lose the few things I still had that were precious to me just so they could line their pockets.

Currently using for temp storage, set up over phone was very efficient both times, units were clean and included a nice lock. All set up-codes and such done over the phone. Set up online payments and is easy and clear.

Great size units . It was easy to book . And a provided a lock. Awesomeness
