First review as i dont usually give reviews. We stopped in today to get pricing and we were met by a delightful helpful young lady. So we came back and we rented here! Very well spoken and knowledgeable. Clean property.

Finally someone is in the office! This place needs this.Love the new manager already starting to see some positivity 🙌🙏 ps. She removed late fees as one time courtesy.

Good morning I had an outstanding customer service experience this morning with Ms. Keihi for the Monroe Georgia location, which I became a new customer this morning thanks to Ms. Keihi, my Grandmother which is almost 100 years old taught me to Always give honor where honor is due > Ms. Keihi rendered outstanding service, she was extremely kind, thorough, thoughtful, very patient, and I appreciate her for helping this transaction to go smoothly.
