I’ve been a long time customer at the Storage Facility, before it even became My Place self storage. From day one Ms .Julie has been such a wonderful person to deal with, her customer service skills are phenomenal. Ms .Julie is such a people person. She has all the answers and she has been such a wonderful and kind person throughout my journey with using the storage facility. If I had to grade Ms. Julie on the experience, I’ve had with using the storage facility. I would give her an A+.!
