I did not have a good experience. Customer service was terrible. There were no carts available for me to use to move my boxes. I would not have given it 1 star, but I would not have been able to post this message without giving National Storage 1 star.

Londell (?) was very patient with me as I reviewed different unit sizes over 2 visits and finally made a decision. Look forward to smooth process of getting my stuff in there over the next couple of days.
