Had a very pleasant exchange with the lady who assisted me with the lease arrangements. She was very helpful, but there's more. The next day when, I, a older fellow was struggling with the exertion of moving all my stuff including many heavy boxes of books from one storage facility to this better one, this same lady brought out to me a cold bottle of water which I certainly needed. Luckily my unit was in sight of the office where she worked, and I was no doubt a rather pathetic sight but few would have noticed and fewer would have bothered to give the man a bottle of water.
