Public Storage

Our bus window was broken, and someone attempted to break in, causing significant damage. After that, the bus remained in a damaged condition for a long time. During rainy weather, water got inside, which caused additional damage. Despite this happening on a supposedly secured Public Storage parking lot, no one informed us about the incident. We only discovered it when we came in person and saw the damage ourselves. Later, we were told that Public Storage takes no responsibility for the safety of vehicles or stored property and does not provide security, only parking space. If you value your property, I strongly do not recommend using this Public Storage location. When we asked the management to compensate us for at least part of the expenses, we were immediately and categorically refused. We were told to contact our own insurance and that Public Storage takes no responsibility for the property stored on their premises. Our RV is now with a restoration company, and the process of drying and repairing it is long and costly. Despite this, Public Storage refused to waive our parking fee for one or two months while our RV is not even on their lot. The manager said the maximum they could offer was a $50 discount, even though similar parking spots at this location are currently listed for $80 less per month than what we were paying under a promotional rate. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend using this storage facility.

Stephanie at Public Storage provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful throughout our entire process and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was especially patient with my dad and me, and never once made us feel rushed, bored, or like we were a bother. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with Stephanie if you’re looking for great service!

She added to the positive experience with her courteous and attentive service. Overall, Stephanie was the star of my experience, and the support from Jeane made it even better. I highly recommend this Public Storage location if you want outstanding service from people who truly care.
