Every month when I call to pay for my bill. The guy that works there seems like I either bothered him. They are not busy at all. This last time he had a nasty remark all because he had to do little extra work. Because my card changed. I know if the actual owners new how he was treating people who rent to them over the phone. He probably would not be working there. He needs to work on his customers service skills. And not treat people like crap. When all they are doing is paying there bill to you. Poor service

Units are clean and in good condition but the gate is not working. When I got my unit I was told at the end of that week the gate would be working but here we are about 5 weeks later and the gate is still non operational. Liz in the office was absolutely awesome but the facility did not come close to her customer service and with the gate not working, I'll be going elsewhere for a storage unit. - there is also a lift in each building (not personally confirmed) but there are no carts or trollys to aid in moving your things in, so if your unit is at the end of the building on the top floor... it's gonna be a rough move!

This is a great, no-frills storage place. I've rented from them 3 different times over the years. Its always been quick and painless to get a unit, and with no contract, its no hassle to clear out when I'm done. For what its worth, the gate seems to be working again.
