If I could give this zero stars right now I would-this is an eight– I repeat eight floor unit and since October the elevator has been out. I pay a lot of money for two units on the eighth floor that I cannot access. If I were to not pay my rent for two months, You can bet that would get action and yet they can collect my rent but not give me access to my unit and still think that that’s OK. Whatever you do don’t rent here. They are expensive, but the service here is not worth it. Get. The. Elevator. Fixed. Update: Renters beware. If you rent a unit and then leave before the Month is up, unlike other fairly minded storage units, they keep your whole months rent- no prorated offers here! Oh. But once you’re out they turn around and re-rent your vacated unit making twice the rent for the same space! I could go on and on but just do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place and company. They Don’t deal fairly and don’t seem to care about their units or customers.

Very unhappy. The elevator has been down for weeks on end and I’m being told it won’t be fixed until the earliest on December 18. I went in two weeks ago to try to get things out of my unit which is on the fifth floor and the only option is to use the stairs. I need to come back and get some very important things out that are far too heavy to carry down five flights of stairs. They are offering to reimburse one month rent, which is not worth this inconvenience, at all. Especially because when I asked if they offer any assistance in carrying things down the stairs, they said they do not. Then I asked if I can put in my 30 day notice because I’d like to move out and the guy I spoke with, Jimmy, was not very helpful. I had to ask a ton of clarifying questions because of how confusing he was. He told me it doesn’t matter when I move out and I don’t even have to tell them when I move out. Seriously?? I was explaining that I don’t want to be charged further after a 30 day notice and it was like pulling teeth to get him to clarify with me what their exact process looks like. Apparently they don’t require a 30 day notice and I can move out whenever I want and they won’t charge me a day after I have officially left. I don’t understand why I can’t have some assurance of my move out 30 day so that I know I’m not being charged a day after. Also, when I moved in, I had some very mixed interactions with the male manager, who was really friendly one day when I came to view the place and sign up, and then he was extremely rude the day that I was moving in. It was a terrible introduction to be moving in and have this man be talking down to me. I certainly will not be recommending this storage unit. I can’t wait to get my stuff out so I can be free of it.

If I could give a 0 I would. I rented a creative space on their 6th floor for 2 years, I have complaints about that but that’s not why I’m here. I had to move out in August due to personal reasons. I did everything they asked, did a walk through and was cleared with no problems. When inquiring about getting my deposit back I was told 6-8 weeks before I would receive it in check form in the mail. After 10 weeks of no deposit I went back in to see why. They said that whoever was in charge before did not submit it and that it would take another 6-8 weeks, that was at the end of October. I waited another 8 weeks, still no check, so I went back down there at the end of December to get answers, and was told that it was still not submitted correctly but it should be fixed and I should receive my check by last Friday. Guess what, no check. So I went down there this morning and was informed that it is going to be another 6-8 weeks before I receive my check. This was my last straw I have been advised to take legal action and unless I receive my check in the next week that’s exactly what I’ll do. I’ve done everything I can on my end to rectify this with no avail. Do not rent from this company. If my issue is taken care of immediately I will update this review but I don’t see that happening. Renters beware.
