Northwest Self Storage

So far I have had a great experience with Northwest self storage and I think I'm here to stay. I especially appreciate the forwardness and easygoingness of the property manager Edith. She deserves all the stars there are to earn!!!!!

I have been renting through nsa for over a year now and had no problems, Edith, the on-site manager, is very friendly shes answered every question and dealt with any problems I may have had quickly and diligently, I've gone to her actual door of her home on her day or time off and instead of turning me away saying it was her time off or free time shes gone out of her way to help me with any issue I've forgotten to put my lock on correctly shes locked it and unlocked it, theres been late issues shes helped everytime, genuinely without the "just another customer or trying to get rid of you attitude" The only reason we still rent a unit at nsa is because of Edith if she wasnt there neither would we!!!! She does her job well and effective, especially with what shes up against!!!!

Edith the onsite manager is absolutely amazing!!!! She is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we are safe and happy with our choice to store here I couldn't be happier with decision to store with this facility! Great work Edith and thank you!
