The manager is really sweet and kind. They have been helpful and prompt everytime we have had questions and really try to go above and beyond. Im not a fan of corporate storages as a whole but the manager here makes it worth it to get good on site support when everything online is phone trees. They've helped us with lock outs, lost lock keys and also changed the passwords when my ex got in to my storage. Heidi is great. 👍

Hassle free in and out. Paid online, all provided codes worked properly. Map to the unit was helpful in finding it, even with the sun being down when we arrived. Only needed to use the unit for a day or two. No pro-rating but the price was decent and really the convenience of everything working properly and the on site manager checking in and being so helpful and kind made it worth. Corporate customer service was much more impersonal but they do have pretty expansive hours for their phones so it all balances out. I do suggest trying to deal with the in site over customer service for more clear and concise interactions.

Heidi is absolutely amazing. This facility is extremely clean! Highly recommended if you’re looking to rent and keep your items safe! Again, can’t express how awesome Heidi is!
