Nova Storage

After a long difficult time and travel, I was searching and trying to find an open, affordable, and in town storage facility. I spoke with Amanda who was very helpful. Upon my arrival she showed me a few units to ensure I was getting the right size for the amount of things I planned on storing. Showed me the security that is there was very informative in the rates , specials that they offer and about the insurance required. You can use your own homeowners insurance or purchase theirs for 15 dollars. I believe all storage units require insurance and is smart either way. I am happy with my choice there and feel comfortable with my decision.

My husband and I were looking for a small storage unit to rent and as I searched the internet, NOVA STORAGE popped up. They offer slightly lower prices than many others so we checked them out. A wonderfully sweet lady named MARIA answered our many questions without any hesitation, and offered helpful suggestions that would work to our advantage while renting a storage unit. MARIA is a very warm and comfortable person to speak with and treated us with respect. We felt absolutely no pressure to contract with this business and are very happy that we chose NOVA STORAGE!

I have been with Nova Starage for many years and have always had great service. But Maria has been providing us with above average service. She is very attentive to our needs. Look forward to continue partnering with Maria.
