Otter Self Storage

Otter Storage has been very easy to work with. This is my second time utilizing their services and the customer service is excellent. Yesenia was the agent who helped me today and she was most helpful.

Do not put your stuff here. There is no staff. Nobody is watching the units. Numerous are broken into currently, the gate is cut open, and one side isn't even fenced, you can hop right on in. Yet despite all this, they are currently building more units, in an already pretty tight place, because that's their priority. Absolutely awful, I didn't even use the unit, left and canceled. EDIT: In reply to their reply, all of your positive reviews seem to be before Otter Storage took over this facility. I included pictures in my review as well. That is not vandalism, you have been repeatedly broken into, there were units sitting open that were just broken into, and numerous units have been repaired from previous break ins, and in spite of this you invest in more units rather than more security. That said everything I needed to know about how you do business.

Hi I just wanted to thank otter storage for working with me being that this is the first time that I’ve had a storage unit with y’all but I would recommend anyone and everyone from renting with them; they are great and very understanding all the way around!! And your team member Joshua was very helpful as well and great thank you as well!!
