Our City Storage

My experience with Our City Storage was excellent. The staff is some of the friendliest and engaging I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with, the facility is very well kept, and their prices are fair. LaDonna in particular helped me out on numerous occasions and I can’t say enough what a delightful personality she has! Thank you all!

LaDonna is such a gem. My family had used a unit here earlier in the year, and I was impressed with the cleanliness, ease of access, and LaDonna's rockin' attitude and kindness. Now I need my own unit, but I looked into several other options first. The other options were all more expensive; and reviews indicating bummer management attitudes as well as price hikes over time turned me off. I'm sure I could have found a cheaper place if I'd tried harder, but the cleanliness and excellent management here is well worth the price.

Ladonna was the best she made it so easy and efficient to store my home goods and make me feel safe with my things in their possession. She also has been so helpful with letting me know when and how to pay my bill. My unit was clean for over a year and a half my unit was spotless no dirt and nothing ever happened to my things. She also gives back to the small business owners in Reno and has been a great resource for storage and helping all customers! Thank you for the awesome experience.
