Roach infested. Mold ruined most of my belongings. I sent in photos of the damage and received no response. You are required to have insurance for what I don't know.

This is a great facility, with competitive rates. The area is always clean. With good lighting at night. I have been with Paradise Storage for a long time, if ever I had an issue, i can call an speak to a human to resolve my issues. The staff members are always very nice and professional. 10 out of 10

It should be a -1 My friends storage got broken into and they won't help him. Clearly on the website they say we will protect ur stuff false advertisement. I don't recommend this place to no one who has valuable items.
