They are doing their job. Nothing extra or difficult. It took them to load my trailer about 2hrs. Park your rig in parking area in centre of the lot before you check in. You may able to park there overnight. Make sure you clean your trailer good before you get there. They let you use their restroom. Thanks for that.

Pull into drive and drive towards back of lot. Then make a U turn and park out back out the way of traffic (usually some other trucks will be there). This is called the North lot. Park and walk to shipping/receiving office in the 1800 building. Look for the large green colored canopy over the entrance. Bring in all your paperwork and numbers. You may have to bump two different docks to get all your freight. People are pleasant and easy to work with. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get in and out ....I was there about 3 hours.
