Paid cash earlier for my 2 units. Was only credited for one unit, locked out of gate. Wasn’t even finished moving. Had to pay a third time to be able to get in gate. I pay a week in advance to prevent this. Be careful and read receipt over before walking out of office . I do not recommend this storage.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have only been there for a few months, but every month there is an issue. One month I had a lock on my storage because they needed me to sign a new contract. I live in CA, so I was only in the area for a few days. I had to fly back from CA again, sign some paperwork, just to be able to access my unit. Would not recommend.
