I got locked out of my unit they put a padlock on it even though my rent was paid, the office was closed so I was unable to contact anybody. I called the phone number and left a message and then I emailed the office and to this day I've never received a response from them. I lost out on a $200 job because I couldn't get to my tools. Their hours of operation are not the best. I wouldn't recommend this place, as I'm getting ready to move out myself. I think the worst part was no response from the corporate office, what kind of customer service is that?

I’ve been renting there since 2004 and I haven’t had any problems.The staff are friendly and a pleasure to work with.. I would recommend People’s Storage to anyone looking for a place..
