Initially, the service seemed good. They make you pay for insurance and leave a deposit. My experience at that place was not good because my belongings stored there were covered in rat droppings and dust. Some items, like clothes and bags, were gnawed on by rodents. And the insurance you pay for every month doesn't cover this type of damage. Because of this bad experience, I decided to remove my belongings, only to find out they wouldn't return the deposit I had paid at the beginning. It's been three months since I signed the paperwork to close my account, and they still haven't returned my deposit. I even went back specifically to ask for it, and they just promised to send it to my email, but I still haven't received it. In conclusion, I definitely don't recommend trusting this business. I would think twice before using their services.

The young lady who helped me with my rental was extremely patient. We had to get a moving truck quickly, and it had become a very stressful situation. She was thoughtful and very efficient. My wife and I are grateful for her.

Amazing customer service. No run around & Straight to the point. Prices are unbeatable. Hours posted outside of gate so you know when services are available. Overall an amazing business.
