My experience with this place was great. Overall Fabian did an amazing job with answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend renting a space here if you’re ever in need of extra space. Fabian made sure that I left a happy customer . :)

Fabian was a great help he gave me a quick tour of the facility and showed me a couple units that would best suit me. The facility was well kept and clean. Fabian answered All of my questions and made the overall experience easy and I left a satisfied customer .

I’ve rented from this storage facility before and never had any issues with management. Unfortunately, this time was very different. On two separate occasions, the male manager spoke to me in an aggressive and unprofessional tone. On my final day of renting, I returned briefly to pick up a few remaining boxes. I was only two minutes past the curfew and calmly explained the situation. Instead of handling it professionally, the manager became aggressive and told me I shouldn’t be there. When I politely asked if he could let me exit—especially since it was my last day renting and I was with my 15-year-old daughter—he refused and told me to call the police to be let out. While I was on the phone attempting to get an officer to come out, he eventually opened the gate. This situation was completely unnecessary and could have been handled respectfully from the start. I understand rules must be enforced, but there is no excuse for hostile or unprofessional behavior from management. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
