Ponderosa Lock Up Self Storage

1- Had Rat infestation+ would not fix my unit nor relocate me. Damaged all my belongings!!! CEILING was open 50% for them to come in. Dead RAT, feeces + urine in Bldg (left for days)! 2- Had a Break in, stole ALL my expensive equipment+ collectibles!!! BUT lied+ said they had Security: Surveillance Cameras+ Live Feed. I asked them if I could view it then they ADMITTED they had NOTHING!!! * I have PROOF: Photos + Everything is documented ! (p.s. I just Vacated+ left all the filthy items there)!!! *This was over a year ago but thought I had better warn the renters if no repairs done or no surveillance cameras installed. BEWARE...

Will allow police to enter your unit with false consent from someone not even on your agreement and then will terminate your agreement for no reason. Not to mention the units are not safe or secure.
