Prestige Storage - Muskegon (East Laketon Avenue)

The initial process of getting my storage unit was very easy and the office employee was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, my "free" lock that they offer and provide, was missing when I got to my storage. Also, the lights are broken and/or not working outside several of the units, including mine. Which is very unsettling, unsafe and sketchy in the evening; for customers who can only go after work (5-7pm)...such as myself. Hopefully, they fix the issues mentioned before someone gets hurt; for it's obvious people are getting access inside that don't belong.

Lights broken outside property/storage units. Recently my storage door was damaged. Staff rude and unconcerned. Due to the damage to my storage unit, I added a second lock. Prestige told me to remove second lock (suspect). Yet, I saw several other units with 2 locks on their units (suspect).

Looking for a secure storage I'm your area this is not only secure but the staff is amazingly friendly. Definitely worth giving them a call for your storage needs. Thanks again to all of your for your prompt service..
