I will say that Tracey was very helpful and friendly! She was very knowledgeable with every question I had regarding to the size unit I would need for what I had to store! If I could deal with people on an everyday basis with her outgoing attitude and positive outlook on life everyday I would be wearing a smile every day! Keep your personally and outlook on life because it has made you a very positive personality and person for others!

They jacked up the price by $20 a month only two months after moving in. Do not fall for this. At this rate, this will quickly turn into a bill like I have an efficiency apartment to pay for. That said, the staff (who are not in charge of pricing) are very nice, helpful people. The on-site dollies are helpful. Its just this predatory, incrementally higher pricing system that is the problem. They are counting on you not having the time or mental bandwidth to deal with moving to a competing facility as the price keeps going up.
