Loyola is excellent! Love this location. Always clean and she is very professional. This is one of the cleanest storage.

Latoya was very helpful. She made the process easy and quick. I put in an online booking request and she called me when the office reopened after the long weekend. She took me on a tour and explained the differences between the two sizes I was considering. She explained how to access my unit and what to expect when arriving the first day also told me if the on-site office is closed there is a remote office that can be reached after hours if I need any additional assistance. From the time I arrived until check out with my new unit was under 20 minutes, quick and painless.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the team at Prime Storage. The staff Latoya and Jan are professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I need. They make the whole process easy, from move-in to day-to-day access, and they always greet you with a positive attitude. The facility is clean, secure, and well-run, and you can tell the team truly cares about keeping everything organized and safe. Highly recommend great service and great people.
