Prime Storage

I recently rented a unit and the sign up process couldn't have been easier. Used the online application and also called and reached a real person quickly. The customer service is personal and pleasant and the rates beat other comparable businesses. They sent emails detailing the unit access, payments, and rental documents. I initially entered the storage location after office hours and the access didn't work. The helpline number was answered immediately and, after confirming my ID, they stepped me through the access process. The unit was clean and ready to go. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Customer service check me in was wonderful. They even helped me create something to get my stuff in storage. Answered all my questions kindly and patiently. Every time I called the call center other than direct to the actual storage place, they were very courteous and kind. I feel that the pricing was fair for the size of the unit that I got. I like that they offer the option to use my own insurance instead of their own. I would definitely return.
