My experience with Jorge was phenomenal. He made it so easy. I appreciate him so much. We’re in the process of moving and it’s been a trying year. He really made my day. I was at the point. I wanted to cry because I never knew the heaviness of having to move from a home that you have spent time in for 17 years. Thank you, Jorge thank you for your patience. Thank you for guiding me and allowing me to look at several units till I could find the one that was best suited for my needs.

Did most of it over the screen online, and it was very easy, also spoke to couple of people who answered my questions very clearly. I stop by the office a second time and both gentleman who were in at different occasions were very helpful and professional. I recommend Prime storage great service, clean premises and very professional staff. Also very good prices!

Fast, quick set up. We got a great deal on a 5x5 little unit. Menifee location are super awesome and helpful did not take long to sign lease. Place is tidy and very accessible. Thank you!
