Prime Storage

People work hard for their money, and they deserve to have an enjoyable, respectful experience when they spend it. That has always been my motto and it’s exactly what I experienced thanks to Jabriel at Prime Storage Newark on Mt Pleasant. I’ve had a 10x10 unit here for a little over a year, and during that time I tried to resolve the same administrative issue four separate times, speaking with different people on different days. In addition to a newer issue. Having to repeatedly explain yourself is exhausting especially when life is already heavy. After being a caregiver for someone with dementia, and while navigating several major life moments (because life really does be life-ing), the last thing I have the capacity for was more back-and-forthin’ or being tied to a phone. When I finally spoke with Jabriel by phone, everything changed. He listened. He understood. And he handled what needed to be handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. No attitude. I didn’t feel dismissed, just old-fashioned respect and follow-through. You can tell his momma raised him right. Anyways, I won’t share administrative details because I don’t want to put him on the spot, but I will say this clearly: if you need something handled properly, ask for Jabriel. Sometimes God provides a ram in the bush right when you need one, and Jabriel was that for me. I’m genuinely grateful to be reminded that good people and good customer service still exist. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. While there were elevator issues when I visited on the 23rd, the communication around that was honest and straightforward. Whoever had the sense to hire this young man, kudos to you. And kudos to Jabriel, he helped me to reclaim my sanity today.

I absolutely love the service here. Have been wit them for almost a year and 0 issues and amazing service. Jabriel has always been so kind and very helpful. Recommend this storage facility 100%!

Jabril is the location manager at the storage place at 1360 McCarter Highway, Newark NJ. I am trying to coordinate a move involving my storage unit there. He has been incredible helpful, understanding, professional, friendly, and responsive. He has followed up with when he says he will. I am very impressed. The world could use more Jabrils. I am happy with the service I have gotten there.
