Prime Storage

We had a small indoor climate controlled unit that we recently closed down. The unit itself was fine but the building (#10) it’s in could use some maintenance. The locking doors don’t all lock. Not sure the building is truly climate controlled because it was very very cold in the winter and very very warm in the late summer. Wish that I had brought a thermometer. The support staff is excellent and very personable. I received good communication on the status of my account and all prorated charges were returned to me within a couple of business days. Check out/inspection was efficient.

I came back because I was always treated wonderfully by Glory. She is an amazing woman and works with you while making sure you receive the best experience and storage unit.
