Prime Storage

Prime Storage is a rip off! I had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage until Prime Storage bought that location and they didn't even notify me by mail where to send my payment. I finaly got a statement in the mail and mailed a check to them in the full amount even though they jacked up their rent fee by 25%. A week later the check I mailed to them was sent back to me. I called to ask why they sent the check back and Austin said that my account has been closed and my belongings were actioned off! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was forced to give them one star in order post my review.

Great place to trust and have all my belongings stored. Have a great experience and in person contact with the representatives at the office Austin is great and give information about how to best pay my unit and is very helpful with any questions I have always. I recommend this location!
