Jeff took care of me from the moment I moved in to the day I moved out. Truly a huge help. Easy going, understanding, and explains everything about the facility in a professional manner. I 100% recommend using this location to store your things!

First off, if I could rate Prime storage from the excellent care I received from Mr. Jeff, it would be 1k + stars! His honesty, genuine nature and knowledge solidified my choice with the facility. In a few months it will be a year for my unit. My belongings are almost 100% my son’s childhood keepsakes, toys and memories. I feel confident to know that they are safe. The grounds and units are well maintained, no issues with rodents, leaks or interior corridor lighting. I appreciate the 24/7 access and always feel secure when I am there on off-peak hours. The amount of surveillance and stellar customer service is unmatched. Mr. Jeff responds personally aside from the customer service agents addressing my concerns/needs. I had a great experience with prime storage. The customer service was awesome…staff was very friendly, accommodating, and thorough.
