my overall experience was pretty good. i have been using this storage unit for over a year now and there has been a drastic change in how it is run. however, one of the changes that i noticed was the customer service. Chassidy is an amazing employee and she takes pride in making your stay welcoming. she has been with me every step of the way making sure my needs were accommodated and she always kept it professional.

Chassidy was very pleasant both on the phone and while showing the unit. She did an excellent job representing the company & provided me with all of the information that I needed to make my decision.

Chassidy is a wonderful employee in that she is very kind, helpful and has a great personality. Such an asset to Public Storage.
