Do Not Rent at Public Storage - 1913 Sherman Street I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Public Storage on Sherman Street. Our unit was broken into, and three bins full of shoes and clothing were stolen. This has been incredibly upsetting for my wife, as many of her personal belongings are now gone. What makes this situation worse is the lack of response from management. We have left multiple calls and messages, and no one has responded or followed up with us. Customer service has been very poor during a time when we needed support the most. Security is clearly a serious concern at this location. The exit door was broken, and there appeared to be a homeless individual staying in the same row as our unit. This does not make tenants feel safe or confident that their belongings are protected. On top of that, this facility is overpriced for the level of security and service provided. After the promotion ended, we were paying $106 per month -- only for our belongings to be stolen. That is unacceptable. Please save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage.

This is a really nice facility, a storage building built inside a larger warehouse. The units are very clean and it’s easy to drive right up to the aisle. Marion has helped me twice (I came back to rent another unit for my business) and she’s extremely professional and efficient. I’ve rented several storage units before and this is the nicest place I’ve ever rented from. Good faciiity, good staff.

My experience at this storage facility was overall a pleasant one. This is coming after an almost 5 year stay with a unit. Thankfully my unit was on the first floor. I recently met Marion. She was able to assist me during my move out process. Very courteous and helpful. Reason I’m leaving is because I finally made room in my warehouse to house my personal belongings. Thank you
