Sarah at the Denney Road location was very professional and courteous showing me the unit and making the reservation process easy and simple. The units also are extremely well kept and clean to boot. Thank you so much Sarah for the down to Earth experience and again, 5 stars still aren't enough! Very much recommended.

The door to the unit is very hard to open! Trying to align the lock and the bar device takes a lot of effort to move the door enough to place the lock! There's a very wet/damp drainage opening in the unit. Very bad! Rodents?

I didn’t get her name but the 4’10 ish lady with long grey hair was amazing! Made sure I knew everything i needed to know and was very kind
